A TRAVEL bag has been praised by holiday-makers as attractive, affordable and ideal for weekend breaks.

The Etronik Duffel Bag has been winning rave reviews online – described as “perfect for airports” while looking “very cute” at the same time.

It has gone on sale for £39.99 – a price described by one fan as “a no-brainer”.

The bag has a waterproof nylon exterior, outside pockets and plenty of space inside.

Its Amazon listing boasts of the bag’s ability to store towels, cosmetics, an iPad, clothes, food and drinks, as well as featuring two outside compartments for holding water bottles or umbrellas.

One online reviewer told of being able to store “four outfits, a large toiletry bag, and way too many pairs of shoes” – adding: “And there was still a decent amount of room left.”

There is also a shoe storage slot at the base, with space to hold as many as four pairs – or else usable for “stowing dirty laundry that you don’t want interfering with your other clothes”.

The Refinery29 consumer website declared: “This weekender bag is pretty much an instant Amazon travel accessories hall-of-famer for me.

“It will serve you well as a gym bag, but the plethora of compartments makes this an essential weekender bag for over-packers.

“And at $40 a pop? It’s a no-brainer.”

The bag weighs 907g and measures 46.99cm by 22.1cm by 36.07cm and is available for £39.99 on Amazon, with an overall score of 4.5/5.

Of more than 3,800 reviews, 89 per cent were either four or five stars.

One UK buyer wrote: “This bag was wonderful for travelling. I’ve used it twice – for a trip down to London and for a summer holiday abroad.

“I’ve managed to fit a lot in this bag and it’s perfect for carrying your essentials.”

Another said: “This bag has everything you need. It’s perfect for carry-on for the airport.

“It has lots of little pockets and the design is elegant and simple.”

The bag was also described as “perfect for a plane and perfect for a weekend trip too”, as well as “very sturdy” and “very cute”.

Other travel bags which have been recommended include a Waterfly Sling Bag and a Quencha NH Arpenaz 50 10L hiking backpack.

Tips have also been offered online for how best to get your bag through airport check-in without being landed with costly extra luggage fees.
